Thank you for your interest in my photography services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment
Payment for photography services is due upon completion of the photoshoot. Final images will only be delivered once payment is received.
2. Reservation Fee
A reservation fee of 20% is required to secure your booking. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total balance.
3. Image Use and Licensing
- Ownership: I retain full copyright to all images created during your session.
- Usage Rights: You are granted personal use rights, including sharing on social media, printing for private use, and personal display.
- Commercial Use: Any commercial use requires my prior written consent.
- Marketing Permission: I may use selected images for my website or social media, with your kind permission.
4. Editing and Delivery
- Editing: Images will be professionally edited at my discretion.
- Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered within 1–4 weeks, depending on the package and workload.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: Must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid a cancellation fee of 249 DKK.
- Rescheduling: In case of illness or emergency, we will find a new convenient date.
6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
If weather or other unforeseen events make the shoot unsafe or unsuitable, we will reschedule.
7. Right to Leave the Location
If I feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or poorly treated during the session, I reserve the right to leave without issuing a refund. We will aim to reschedule if appropriate.
8. Image Storage
Images will be stored for up to 14 days after delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information shared will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
10. Liability
I am not liable for any damage or injury during the photoshoot unless caused by gross negligence on my part.
11. Overtime
If the session exceeds the agreed time, a fixed fee of 495 DKK will apply for each started half hour.
12. Disputes
Disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If necessary, the matter will be handled according to applicable law.
