I’m Kim, a photographer based in Copenhagen. Originally from Germany, I spent years shooting for commercial brands, actors, and models before focusing on elopements and town hall weddings.
That background is useful here. I know how to work with available light, how to move efficiently through a city, and how to make people feel at ease in front of a camera. Most couples forget it is there.
My parents married in Denmark, and the country has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. I love the sea, the coastal towns, and their cosy charm. I want to show you why I fell in love with Denmark and chose it as my home.
When I photograph a wedding, I look for the feeling around the visible moments. The flowers in your hands, the texture of your dress, the glass raised for a toast, the way you hold each other before the next part begins. When you look through your gallery, I want you to remember what you saw, heard, touched, and felt.
My goal is to make you feel relaxed as we wander through these beautiful places together. I give direction when you need it, then leave space for you to be yourselves. I want you to remember the day as something you lived, not something you performed for the camera.
I photograph across the greater Copenhagen area, and Helsingør is a personal favourite. I plan the portrait route in advance so you can focus on each other. I photograph all love stories, without exception.

The portrait session is part of your day
After the ceremony, or a short celebration with friends and family, we walk to one or two locations. I plan the route in advance so you do not have to think about it. The portrait session is the most important part of the day for me.
I give direction
I will suggest where to stand and how to move. You do not need experience in front of a camera. Most couples are surprised by how natural it feels.
English and German
I’m from Germany. I work in both languages without switching mode. You can ask questions or explain details in whichever feels comfortable.
